The Space:
This single-level cottage sits in a quiet residential neighborhood about halfway between Tybee Island and Downtown Savannah.
The fenced backyard is great for dogs to roam, with a patio for relaxing outdoors. Please note the yard backs onto a pond that is not fenced, so children and pets should be supervised outside.
Three bedrooms: a king bed, a queen bed, and a third bed. Two full bathrooms.
The open kitchen and living area has a fireplace and exposed wood beams, plus a separate dining table that seats six.
Parking for up to two cars in the driveway and attached garage.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the house, the backyard, and the driveway. Please refer to the check-in guide in the app for details. Please do not park on the street or the grass.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum. Events need to be coordinated with the host first, and a venue fee applies.

The home sits in a quiet neighborhood close to the main road connecting Downtown Savannah and the beach, with little road noise. Convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and a Walmart are all nearby, and there is a Kroger about five minutes away.
Getting Around:
You will need a car or rideshare to get around, since the roads here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island are each about a 15 minute drive. Urgent care in Whitemarsh is about a 6 minute drive for emergencies.
Other Things to Note:
Please treat the home, other guests, and neighbors with care and respect. Codes and check-in instructions are sent through the app around 3pm on your arrival day.

We live close by and are reachable through the app or by phone any time. Self check-in, with your door code and instructions sent by about 3pm on arrival day.
