Welcome to Jack’s Den—a spacious, modern mountain retreat in Packwood’s Trail’s End, designed for families and groups seeking both adventure and relaxation near Mt. Rainier.

Recharge after a day exploring with your private sauna and cold plunge, then unwind on the covered patio, fire up the BBQ, or spend time together in the game room.

With room for up to 9 guests, a fully fenced yard, and private river access, this is the perfect basecamp for year-round mountain getaways.

Guests have access to the house and outside space. No guest access to the detached garage adjacent to the home. Please do not trespass on neighboring properties.

Detached garage is off limits for guest use.

Pet Policy:
We love dogs and are happy to welcome up to two dogs (2+ years old and under 50 lbs) during your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to host other pets or animals. Please note:
-$250 fee applies for any unregistered dogs.
-Dogs must be crated when left unattended.
-Please pick up all excrement outside.
-Dogs must be on a leash while in the neighborhood and cannot wander onto neighboring properties.
-While we prefer dogs not to be on the sofa, we provide extra blankets and sofa covers to ensure both your pet and the furniture stay comfortable.

Septic System Care:
Our cabin is on a private well and septic system. To prevent costly damage, please refrain from flushing anything other than toilet paper. A minimum $500 fee will be charged for septic repairs, so we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines.

Important Information for Your Stay:
While we offer the fastest available internet in the area, please note that reliability and speed may differ from city standards, especially at the base of the mountain.

General Guidelines:
Children/Infants: Counted within the cabin’s max occupancy. Only registered guests are permitted—no visitors allowed.

Power Outages: Due to our remote location, occasional weather-related power outages may occur (typically 2-3 hours). Flashlights and extra blankets are provided.

Policies & Fees:
No parties allowed. Violations will result in loss of the deposit and additional charges for damages.
