Stay in the heart of London’s West End in this spacious, fully air-conditioned apartment around the corner from Monmouth Street and Seven Dials. With approximately 104 m² of accommodation, two UK king-size bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional private sleeping space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests.
THE APARTMENT
The bright and generously proportioned living and dining room provides plenty of space to relax after a day exploring London. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment, including both bedrooms and the main living areas.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped for both short visits and longer stays. Facilities include an oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. An air fryer and rice cooker are also provided.
The apartment has a Smart TV, which guests can use by signing in to their own streaming subscriptions. A separate washing machine and tumble dryer make the property particularly convenient for longer stays.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1 has a UK king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 also has a UK king-size bed and is served by the apartment’s second bathroom.
The adjoining study contains a compact sofa bed suitable for one guest. Although it opens onto the lounge, the room can be completely enclosed using a sliding pocket wall, creating a private additional sleeping space. The study also has a dedicated desk and comfortable high-backed desk chair for guests who need to work during their stay.
The apartment therefore sleeps up to five guests across the two king-size beds and the single sofa bed.
LOCATION
The location is ideal for experiencing central London on foot. Seven Dials, Covent Garden, Soho, Chinatown, Leicester Square and London’s Theatreland are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding streets offer an exceptional selection of restaurants, cafés, independent shops, theatres and entertainment.
Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and the British Museum are also readily accessible, making the apartment an excellent base for sightseeing, shopping, dining or attending West End performances.
TRANSPORT
Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road Underground stations are all nearby, providing access to the Piccadilly, Northern, Central and Elizabeth lines.
The Elizabeth line offers convenient travel to Heathrow Airport. Gatwick Airport can be reached by changing at Farringdon for a direct Thameslink service. St Pancras International is also easily accessible for Eurostar services.

Guests have private use of the entire apartment throughout their stay. The building has a lift.
PLEASE NOTE
The apartment is situated on Shaftesbury Avenue, a busy and lively central London street. To reduce outside noise, the external windows are double-glazed and are supplemented by an additional layer of internal sliding double-glazed windows. Nevertheless, some city and traffic noise may occasionally be audible, as expected in such a central West End location.
The fifth guest sleeps on the compact sofa bed in the study.
