About this house rental
The cabin features a large patio and a private garden with excellent sun exposure—the sun shines from morning to evening, and in the summer, it doesn’t set until around 10 p.m. The outdoor area provides plenty of space to relax after a day at sea or in the city.
Parts of the island are municipal open spaces with hiking trails and swimming spots. There are also about 20 sheep roaming freely here, grazing and keeping the vegetation in check. On windy days, it’s recommended to anchor your boat in the municipal open space, as this area always has calm waters. Guests must be able to safely operate and moor a boat.
If you’d like to visit Kristiansand, the city’s restaurants and shops are just a short boat ride away. There’s free boat parking in the city, so planning a trip there is easy. The island itself is a peaceful base, with open public space and nature right outside your cabin door.
