The Space:
Welcome to Saltmeadow, a four bedroom, four bathroom retreat tucked along a quiet road in Westhampton. Designed for relaxed Hamptons stays, the home features an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout and inviting spaces for gathering. The eat in kitchen flows into the living area and TV room, creating a comfortable setting for meals and downtime. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor, along with a convenient laundry room, while the second level features two spacious primary suites, each with its own private bathroom.
Outside, a fully fenced backyard offers a private setting centered around an inground pool and expansive brick patio. Lounge chairs and umbrellas provide plenty of space to unwind in the sun or shade, while a BBQ makes outdoor meals easy throughout the warmer months. The home is also conveniently located near the bay, approximately a five minute drive from Westhampton Village and seven minutes from the nearest beach, offering easy access to local dining, shopping, and days by the water.

Located on a quiet residential road in Westhampton, Saltmeadow offers easy access to the best of the area. Westhampton Village is about a five minute drive away, while the nearest beach is approximately seven minutes away. Guests can enjoy nearby dining, shopping, waterfront activities, and the relaxed atmosphere of the Hamptons.

You definitely need a car to get around

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
