Oil-fired central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car with EV charging available, along with a garden with lawn space. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles, lake 1.3 miles. Coach House is a lovely base for an easy-going Devon escape. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 150GBP. Note: Steps up to property – please take care.
