Reasons to book
About this cabin rental
Four bedrooms sleeping twelve. Arcade cabinets, a pool table and a real theater room downstairs. Hot tub on the deck, fire pit under the stars, and long-range ridge views from nearly every window.
Dollywood, the Parkway and the national park are all a short drive down the mountain - but most groups find they don't leave much.
MAIN LEVEL
Vaulted wood ceilings over a two-story wall of windows. Kitchen with a quartz waterfall island, full range, French-door fridge, dishwasher and seating for four. Dining for eight. Living room with a linear fireplace and smart TV. Primary suite with a king bed and private deck access, double vanity, freestanding soaking tub and a walk-in marble shower. Second king bedroom with its own door to the deck.
LOWER LEVEL
The fun floor. Pool table, two arcade cabinets, basketball hoops, wet bar with beverage fridge and popcorn machine. Separate theater room with a sectional built for a crowd. Third king bedroom. Bunk room with two queen bunks and a full trundle. Full bath and laundry.
THE POOL
Heated year-round and fully enclosed, with a glass garage door that rolls up so you're swimming with the mountains right in front of you. Climate controlled, so it works in February.
OUTSIDE
Two levels of deck, a hot tub facing the ridge, outdoor dining, and a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire property is yours. No shared spaces, no hosts on site. That includes both levels of the house, the indoor pool room, both decks, the hot tub, the fire pit patio, the driveway and the separate guest cabin.
Parking for three vehicles on the paved drive. Starlink high-speed internet throughout.
Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock from 4:00 PM. Checkout is 10:00 AM. You'll get your code and door-to-door directions the day before you arrive - GPS can be unreliable this far up, so please use ours. We're a message away for the whole stay, but otherwise we'll leave you to it.
GOOD TO KNOW
THE POOL - Heated year-round, but it's a real pool and there's no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times. A removable safety fence is stored in the pool room; please set it up if you're traveling with little ones. No glass in the pool room, and no diving.
GETTING HERE - We're up a mountain, and the last stretch is steep and winding. Fine in a normal car most of the year, but in winter weather we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD. Follow our directions rather than GPS.
BEARS - This is black bear country. Keep food indoors, never leave trash or coolers on the deck, and use the bins provided. Please don't approach or feed wildlife.
DOGS - Up to two dogs are welcome for a $50 pet fee. Off the furniture, out of the pool and hot tub, and please pick up outside.
MAX 12 GUESTS - Our county permit caps occupancy at 12, including children and infants. We can't make exceptions, and unregistered guests put the permit at risk.
CAMERAS - Exterior security cameras at the driveway and front entry. None inside, and none facing the decks, pool or hot tub.
