About this house rental
Welcome to this cozy holiday home for 2–3 guests with a partially covered terrace in beautiful Uckermark. The approx. 40 m² house in Milmersdorf features a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a barrier-free interior for your comfort. Pets are welcome by arrangement (max. 2, for an extra fee). Parking is available directly on the property.
A large playground with seating invites you to relax and play. Children can enjoy the trampoline, slide, and climbing bars. There is also a table tennis table. Unwind on the porch swing while watching our chickens. Our friendly cats love to be petted. A private barbecue is available for your grill evenings.
Bed linen and towels are included. The house is heated with electric heating and a wood stove. Firewood is provided free of charge. If you use the electric heating during the heating season (October to April), electricity consumption will be billed separately.
The area offers many lakes and forests. Templin is just 10 minutes away by car or easily reached by well-developed bike paths. The house is located on the L100 (Berlin–Usedom route).
Shops and a restaurant are available in the village.
Nearby, you will find many leisure activities, such as the NaturTherme Templin, Schorfheide Wildlife Park, and various swimming lakes.
