The open living area provides plenty of space to relax, dine, and spend time together. It features comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table with seating for four, and a portable AC unit for added comfort.

The modern kitchen is equipped with white cabinetry, generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. An in-unit washing machine adds extra convenience, especially for longer stays.

The home features two private bedrooms. Both offer comfortable beds and closet storage, while one bedroom also includes a dedicated desk that can be used as a workspace.

The full bathroom features a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and modern tile finishes.

- The total price does not include the pet fee, and we will be sending a request to charge it once the reservation is confirmed

Please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel reservations if the required booking forms are not completed within 48 hours for standard bookings or within one hour for same-day reservations.
HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises, including smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Ashtrays will not be provided.

2. Please try to keep the place clean and tidy. There will be no room service or house keeping throughout your stay.

3. Bathroom amenities (hair dryer, towel, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware) will be available for your use, but please, they are not for guests to take home. Please be courteous and leave them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you :)

4. If something is damaged, please let me know before you check out. It’s not a problem; these things happen. It`s a lot easier for me to coordinate a repair or replacement the sooner we know.

5. Check In: 4 PM, Check Out: 11 AM
These times can be flexible depending on whether a guest is staying before you. We have no issues with early check-in if there is no guest the night before your stay and the house is already cleaned.
