The Space:

The Woodland Lodge is an ideal escape loaded with activities on-property, but a short drive away from Downtown Chattanooga and North Georgia's local attractions, restaurants, shops, and top outdoor adventures.

Beautiful natural views, luxurious gathering spaces, and tons of entertainment make this lodge a welcoming retreat for families and groups. Enjoy all the amenities including a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, video gaming, and large Smart TVs throughout, along with a private hot tub and outdoor fire. Two fully stocked kitchens and two living areas across multiple levels give everyone room to spread out and reconnect.



Home Layout

Towering double doors open onto the main level, with 10-foot ceilings and large windows framing the mountains. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area connects to a covered deck with comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace. The primary suite has a king bed, a twin trundle bed, and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in rainfall shower. This level also has a half bathroom, a bedroom with a full bed and desk, and a laundry room with access to the carport.



Upstairs are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a media room with a large TV and two arcade consoles loaded with more than 6,000 games. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has a bunk/trundle arrangement with two twin beds and one full bed, plus a separate twin bed.



Downstairs, the "Bear Cottage" game room has an 8-foot pool table, a 9-foot vintage shuffleboard table, a Simpsons arcade game, bar seating, and a 65-inch TV. Around the corner are the second kitchen and a living area with a sofa, beanbag chairs, and another theater-style TV. Down the hall are two bedrooms, a laundry room, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The queen bedroom has access to the shared bathroom and a walk-in closet with a full-size crib. The bunk room has two queen beds with two twin beds overhead.



Kitchens & Outdoor Cooking

Both kitchens include pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee mugs, and a slow cooker. Medium-roast coffee and filters are provided for your early mornings. Cooking oils and spices are not supplied. Two outdoor grills are available.



Family-Friendly Details

The home provides two Pack ’n Plays, a crib, two high chairs, board games, children’s toys, arcade games, and children’s plastic dishes. There are three smart TVs downstairs, two on the main level, and one in the upstairs media room. Please use your own accounts for streaming services.

Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the property and explore all our city has to offer. Rideshare services are also available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

This is a truly special retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.



We strictly DO NOT allow smoking, events, or parties.



Steep, paved asphalt driveway leads up the hill to the home. We recommend avoiding driving very low to the ground vehicles like sports cars up to the property.



Two outdoor grills are available. Please bring charcoal and clean the grates after use.



Please bring your own firewood, camping chairs, and fire starters if you plan to use the bonfire.



Parking is prepared for up to ten small to medium sized vehicles.
