This is a private residence in a family-friendly neighborhood. We ask that you respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. The house is designed for rest and relaxation—moderate music and quality time with loved ones are welcome. However, parties, loud gatherings, exceeding the guest limit, drug use and similar activities will result in eviction, which we hope to avoid.
Please adhere to these basic rules. We trust you, so don’t let us down:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. You may smoke outside and must dispose of cigarette butts properly. A fine of $100–$300 will apply if the property smells of smoke. By booking, you agree to this fee.
Unauthorized events or productions are not allowed.
Decorating the walls or hosting parties is prohibited. Any damage will be charged accordingly.
Pets are not permitted.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. Stained linens or carpets will be replaced at your expense.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. Late check-out incurs a $50 fee per 30 minutes.
Lost keys incur a $100 replacement fee.
Damaged towels or sheets will be charged: $10 per towel, $40 per sheet.
Vehicles must be parked in assigned spaces. Non-compliance may result in towing at your expense.
We are not responsible for packages delivered here. We recommend you avoid sending orders to this address. If you require us to collect a package, a $50 service fee applies.
