Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.



Enjoy this cosy 75 m² apartment, located in a quiet residential area of Benalmádena and perfect for families, couples or groups of up to 4 people who wish to combine beach, relaxation and fantastic sea and mountain views.



🛏️ The accommodation has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable 150 cm bed and ceiling fan, whilst the second offers two single beds of 90 cm. The accommodation also has a full bathroom with a bathtub.



☀️ One of its great attractions are its outdoor spaces. The apartment features a pleasant balcony and a fantastic private solarium of approximately 35 m², accessible via a spiral staircase from the terrace. In this area you will find outdoor furniture, sink, hob and charcoal barbecue, creating a perfect space to enjoy outdoor meals and the Costa del Sol climate.



🍴 The American kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave with grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. Please note that it does not have an oven.



❄️ The apartment offers centralised air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating, WiFi, television with Fire TV, four ceiling fans, mosquito nets, washing machine and tumble dryer. It also has a cot and high chair available upon request.



🏊 The urbanisation features a spacious community swimming pool for adults and a children's pool, open according to the schedules and conditions established by the community. Additionally, it has landscaped areas and ideal spaces to enjoy with family.



🚗 For greater convenience, the accommodation includes a private parking space, located on the -2 floor of the same building, with lift access.



📍 Its excellent location allows you to quickly reach the beaches of La Yuca, La Viborilla and Torremuelle, as well as being close to supermarkets, restaurants, Golf Torrequebrada, Parque de la Paloma, Selwo Marina and Benalmádena Pueblo. Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Málaga and the airport are also just a few minutes' drive away.
