Welcome to this classic, fully updated brick craftsman home located in the historic Mesa Junction neighborhood of Pueblo! Featuring updated electrical and central AC, this home is perfectly equipped for short weekend getaways, family trips, and longer mid-term stays for traveling professionals.
SPLIT-LEVEL LAYOUT & ENTERTAINMENT
Upstairs Master: 1 King bed and a Roku Smart TV (featuring Guest Mode so you can safely log into your own streaming apps).
Upstairs Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, a Roku Smart TV, and a retro gaming console for some nostalgic fun!
Downstairs Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Murphy bed, a Roku Smart TV, and another retro gaming console! This room opens comfortably onto the lower staircase landing.
(Note: Additional air mattresses are also available for your use!)
Bathrooms: 2 Full bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). Both are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of extra fluffy towels.
KITCHEN, LIVING & LAUNDRY
Main Living Area: Spacious living room featuring a comfortable couch, Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi for work or streaming.
Kitchen & Dining: A full kitchen completely stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, and essential appliances for all your home-cooked meals. (Please note: There is no dishwasher).
Laundry: A dedicated laundry room with a free-to-use washer and dryer located directly off the lower landing.

Step outside to a spacious, private backyard to unwind after a long day!
Grill & Games: Challenge your group to a game of Cornhole in the grassy yard, or fire up the provided charcoal grill.
Patio Dining: Enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table under the patio shade and beautiful string lights. (Note: comfortable seat cushions are stored safely in the outdoor closet for your use!)
PARKING & ACCESS
Driveway Parking: Guests are welcome to park in the driveway! Please pull up on the left side only, as the right side is shared with our friendly neighbor. Note: The driveway is steep, so we highly recommend that low-lying vehicles enter at an angle to avoid scraping. Free street parking is also available directly in front of the home on Polk St.
Off-Limits Areas: Please note that the detached garage and the storage shed are locked, reserved for owner use, and excluded from the rental.
Self Check-in: Entry is seamless and 100% no-contact. You will use a unique access code on the front door keypad to let yourself in.

Ideal for Travel Nurses: Commuting is fast and easy—located just ~2 miles from St. Mary-Corwin Hospital and ~2.5 miles from UCHealth Parkview Medical Center.
