The Beach Bear, Home Features:

After a day at the beach, gather outside for dinner from the propane Weber grill, unwind in the hot tub, or settle in around the propane fire table. Inside, the home offers a comfortable living room, a dedicated office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate game room with TV, foosball, a piano, board games, seating, and balcony access.



Guests can enjoy the community beach access, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and golf-course access. With driveway parking on a cul de sac and thoughtful conveniences throughout, this is an easy home base for your Eastern Shore stay.



The home has four bedrooms and sleeps up to nine guests. The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath, and TV. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a king bed, couch and TV; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, couch, and twin trundle.



The kitchen includes a full-size Samsung refrigerator, KitchenAid range/oven, Samsung dishwasher and microwave, 12-cup Mr. Coffee drip maker (basket filters), toaster, blender, Instant Vortex air fryer, Instant Pot, mixer, waffle makers, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses and non breakable glasses for the hot tub and outdoor use. Dining seating is available for eight, plus breakfast-bar seating for six.



The back porch includes outdoor seating, a bar-height dining area, propane Weber grill, private hot tub, propane fire table, and a separate wood-burning Solo fire pit in the yard. The home also has in-home laundry, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, two thermostats, Roku/streaming TV options, and a sound bar.



Please note: the living room fireplace is not available for guest use. The garage and some closets are not guest accessible.



• Complimentary Access: Bay Creek Amenities

This home includes complimentary access to a variety of Bay Creek Resort amenities, perfect for active and nature-loving guests. Enjoy a junior Olympic-size pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a private community beach, and over 10 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails winding through a stunning 365-acre nature preserve.



• Bay Creek's Life Center, Resort Package (Nightly Fee Applies)

For use of Bay Creek's Life Center, which has three pools, a slide, splash pad, and a state of the art fitness center, a fee of $75/night applies. Contact the host to add the Bay Creek Resort Members Life Center to your stay. Guests must complete a Bay Creek Life Center esign waiver prior to receiving access, which will be sent for completion. Use of the resort package applies to the full extent of nights booked. Optional or shortened nights are not available. Guests who purchase the resort package also have access to book tee times and rent beach chairs and umbrellas (additional fees apply).



Guest Access:

This home uses keyless entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 24 hours prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.



Driveway parking is available. Street parking is not permitted. Up to four vehicles may park at the home; overflow parking is available in the community tennis/pool area. Community hangtags must be displayed when a vehicle is left unattended. RVs, boats, and trailers may use overflow parking only and may not park at the home.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a cul-de-sac in the private, gated Hollies Village in the Bay Creek community near historic Cape Charles downtown, easy to access by bike or golf cart. Community beach access is in Bayside Village, less than 1 mile away. Guests can also access community and member pools, private beach, gym, dining, tennis, pickleball, and golf amenities; some members only facilities may have separate access requirements or fees.



Noted on the National Register of Historic Places, Northampton County's Cape Charles offers one of the largest concentrations of turn-of-the-century buildings on the East Coast. The historic district and small-town atmosphere create a serene and inviting community. Enjoy the history and experience galleries, boutiques, bookshops, and beautiful beach!
