Our design-forward home features multiple king bedrooms, a private deck with mountain views, dedicated bunk room, game room, and spacious living areas. Warm woods, earthy tones, curated art, and a custom Chattanooga mural create a sophisticated, boutique-inspired feel. Designed for families and friends, Summit & Stone is one of Chattanooga's most exceptional places to stay.
The Space:
THE SUMMIT & STONE STORY
The inspiration for our home is in its connection to Chattanooga and the surrounding landscape - its proximity to Lookout Mountain and the historic St. Elmo area - combined with the natural textures, earthy colors and stone elements throughout. “Summit” speaks to the mountains and the outdoor character that makes Chattanooga special while “Stone” speaks to the grounded earthy palette and warm, organic feel of the interiors. Our family's goal was to create a home that feels connected to its city while still being polished, comfortable, and contemporary.

The area offers an ideal mix of outdoor adventure, local character, and easy access to the city. Explore nearby trails and mountain attractions, grab a bite in St. Elmo, or head into Southside and downtown Chattanooga for restaurants, coffee, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
Parking for one car is available in front of the private garage. There is additional street parking steps from the unit. Rideshare services are also easily accessible.

We have a very strict no events, parties, or smoking policy.
We have an exterior Ring door camera at the front door and by the garage.
