This two‑level home features two king‑bed suites, each on its own floor and one with a private bathroom; perfect for couples, friends, or anyone who wants extra space. The kitchen is fully stocked, the living room is an inviting spot to unwind with a book or gather for conversation, and the balcony is ideal for a slow morning coffee or a golden‑hour sundowner. There’s also a home gym where you can get your pump on, plus garage parking for one car right next to it. Well behaived pups welcome.

Welcome to your SD home base! Whether you’re here to hit the beaches or chill in the AC, our townhouse has room for your whole crew. With bedrooms on separate floors, everyone gets their own little sanctuary with no need to sell a kidney for two separate hotel rooms.
We’re perched in a ridiculously walkable neighborhood (tacos, drinks, and shops are just a stroll away). Want to hit the Zoo, Balboa Park or Downtown - a super quick drive will get you there, or take the scenic, lovely walk through the neighborhood to get those extra daily steps in! The beach, hiking, La Jolla and pretty much all of San Diego isn't all that far of a drive either! It really is a central location.
The Sweet Details:
The Kitchen: Fully stocked and ready for cooking or reheating last night's takeout.
The Balcony: Built for soaking up that famous San Diego sunshine.
The Garage: Finding street parking around here can be a total nightmare The private garage spot will make your life easier!
The Home Gym: Squat rack, lifting platform, weights, and two rowers. Go ahead, earn that extra California burrito!
Washer & Dryer: In-unit laundry to keep your beach towels fresh and rescue your shirt from accidental taco sauce spills!

Be Cool to the Space: It’s clean, furnished, and loved. Treat it like your favorite friend's house!
No Shenanigans: No parties, no smoking, no drugs, no chaotic energy.
Mind the Neighbors: We share a wall with awesome folks, so indoor voices between 10pm and 7am please.
Pups Welcome: Good dogs are very invited! Just make sure Fido promises to be on his best behavior.

We want you to hit the ground running! We’ve got you covered with dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, and body soap. We also provide a starter setup of toilet paper and paper towels to get your trip rolling - if you're planning a long stay, you may just need to grab extra paper goods on your grocery run.
We want you to spend your last morning relaxing. No need to do anything weird like strip the beds or scrub the tub. We just ask that you leave the place generally as you found it. To make check-out a breeze:
The Sink: Please don't leave a tower of dirty dishes waiting for us (giving them a wash or running the dishwasher is perfect!).
The Trash: Toss your bagged trash in the bins labelled 4466 near the garage
The Garage Opener: Don't forget to leave the garage door opener behind!
