This charming 2-bed, 1-bath apartment offers 600 sq. ft. of comfort right in the heart of Downtown Chandler. Perfect for both mid-term stays for traveling professionals and short-term visitors, it’s just steps away from top restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots.
Located along the scenic Wall St walking path, you’re only moments away from the vibrant energy of The Perch’s live music, arcade games at The Uncommon, casual dining at The Brickyard, and upscale dining at Elliott’s Steakhouse. For craft beer lovers, SanTan Brewery and Murphy`s Law Irish Pub are just around the corner.

🐾 We only accept dogs 40 lbs and below, and a maximum of 2 pets. Please be sure to pick up after your furry friends and dispose of their waste properly.
📮 No access to the mailbox will be given during the term of a Short Term Rental stay. Should a guest need to receive mail, guest must open a PO BOX. It is okay to mail packages directly to the front door. Management company will not be responsible for any lost/stolen mail.
