Enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor games, relaxing gathering spaces, and beach amenities. After a day at the beach, come home to plenty of room to unwind, play, dine, and spend time together. Sandbar Social NMB is your home base for fun in NMB!

The upstairs living area houses the expansive card game collection. The downstairs living area is set up as a fun hangout space, featuring a mini pool table, foosball table, mini fridge, and putting practice mat...perfect for keeping everyone entertained between beach trips.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a dining area nearby for enjoying meals together.
With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Every bedroom includes its own Smart TV, along with comfortable sleeping arrangements, linens, and space for your belongings. The four bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the home for easy access.
Guests also have access to an indoor laundry area with a washer and dryer. Outside, there is space to relax and enjoy the coastal surroundings.
Guests have access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as private parking on the property.
Other things to note
Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent are provided. You will likely need to purchase more for your stay.
We are dog-friendly for up to two dogs. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home. One 42" crate is provided; if this is not comfortable for your dogs, please bring your own. Guests must promptly clean up after their dogs.
Additional charges may apply for unregistered guests, if the home requires excessive cleaning, damage to the property or its contents, unauthorized pets, smoking inside the home, late checkout without prior approval, or other violations of the house rules.
Exterior cameras are present at all entryways for the safety and security of our guests and property. Due to strict local noise ordinances, noise monitors are present indoors and monitor noise volume only - they do not record or transmit audio. Thank you!
