Welcome to this spacious, three-level Quechee retreat, tucked among mature trees with a small pond in the backyard. Enter through the front door into the main living room, where a large sectional and Roku TV create an easy gathering place. The open layout continues into the dining area, with seating for five and a breakfast bar for two, and then into the bright kitchen. Skylights and wooded views bring in natural light, while the gas range, farmhouse sink, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, French press, and electric kettle make it easy to settle in and cook together. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen to the furnished deck for seasonal outdoor dining.
Also on the main level is a queen bedroom off the living room with a private exterior entrance and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A half bathroom is nearby. A separate office and flex room provides a desk and hardwired internet for guests who need a quiet place to work.
Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, closet and dresser storage, a private balcony overlooking the pond, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and glass-enclosed shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed, each offer a ceiling fan and storage. A full hall bathroom with a shower and tub serves these rooms.
Downstairs, the colorful game and recreation room gives the group a second place to spread out, with a TV, lounge seating, board games, children’s toys, and books. The walkout lower level opens directly to the yard, and the utility room includes an in-home washer and dryer.
Outside, enjoy meals on the deck, cook on the grill, gather around the backyard fire pit, or take a quiet moment on the bench beside the pond. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the home and private driveway. The garage, designated owner closets, basement closets, office closets, and one kitchen cabinet are not available for guest use. Guest entry instructions will be provided before arrival.

Set among wooded surroundings in Quechee, this home makes a peaceful base for exploring the Quechee Club area and Vermont's Upper Valley. Quechee Club facility access is not guaranteed with this rental; eligibility, reservations, availability, and fees are controlled by the Club and should be confirmed directly with Quechee Club. Lake Pinneo access requires a daily pass. A car is recommended for local activities and services.

• You’ll definitely need your own car, as there are limited taxis available. While the town itself is walkable, it will be necessary to drive to nearby hikes and sightseeing spots. The outer parts of town, such as South Woodstock, are only conveniently accessed by car.
• Bike rentals are available in the village, though biking in the commercial area of the village is discouraged, as the flow of people and cars can be concentrated. The terrain has many hills, and a mountain bike should be used to traverse such rugged areas.
