Set in the leafy Alexandra Palace area, this welcoming ground-floor maisonette combines period character with generous living spaces and homely comfort. There is no lift, and a few internal steps connect the front of the home with the kitchen and rear areas.
- Living Room: A bright and spacious living room featuring comfortable sofa bed, a TV, wooden flooring, large windows and an attractive period fireplace. It provides a welcoming setting for relaxing after a day exploring London. Please note that the sofa bed is available upon request only. As it requires an additional set of linen, an extra fee applies. If you would like to use it, please let us know before your arrival.
- Dining Area: A dining area adjoining the kitchen, featuring a large table with comfortable seating for relaxed breakfasts, evening meals or planning your next day in London.

Check-in & Check-out
- Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so I can ensure a seamless check-in for you.
- Late Check-out: If you need a bit more time, a late check-out (up to 1 PM) is often available for £30 per hour when requested in advance.
- Please note that unarranged late check-outs are charged at £50 per hour, as this directly disrupts our cleaning team's schedule for the next arriving guests.
House Rules
- No Smoking: To keep the space fresh and comfortable for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please be aware that a £500 deep-cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.
- Quiet Hours: We want you to enjoy your stay, but we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down, especially in the evenings.
- No Parties: For the peace and comfort of the neighbourhood, events and parties are not permitted.
