This two-level villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy a covered back porch downstairs and a large terrace upstairs with ocean and mountain views. The home is ideal for up to six guests, with shared access to the saltwater pool, laundry room, and on-site parking.

Casa Cochimí is for registered overnight guests only. Parties, events, gatherings, and commercial use are not allowed.

🔇 Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music, voices, doors, and outdoor noise at a respectful level.

👥 Registered guests only
Only guests included on the reservation may enter or stay unless additional visitors are approved in advance. Maximum occupancy is six guests.

🐾 No pets
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome in accordance with platform policy.

🚭 No indoor smoking
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors.

❄️ Air conditioning
Please turn off the air conditioning whenever leaving the villa.

🚽 Plumbing
Please do not flush toilet paper.

🏜️ Desert environment
Casa Cochimí is in a natural desert setting. Dust, insects, wind, and outdoor elements are part of the environment.

💧 Utilities and internet
Occasional water, power, or internet interruptions may happen in the area. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within our control.

**Guest Access**

🚗 A car is recommended. The final road to the property is unpaved and rocky. Free on-site parking is available.

🏖️ Casa Cochimí is near the beach and a short drive from restaurants, shops, galleries, and the historic center of Todos Santos.

🏄 La Pastora’s world-class surf is just north of the property.

🐋 From December to mid-March, guests may spot whales from the upstairs terrace.
