Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus the reservation fee (equal to the amount paid at booking) when cancelled 90 or more days before arrival. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival forfeit all payments. Changes that shorten a stay forfeit all payments; reservations are non-transferable. No refunds or credits for weather events or mandatory evacuations — travel insurance is strongly recommended.
