We love dogs! Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed with prior approval and a $50 flat pet fee per stay. Please ensure your pups are up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. We provide numerous pet amenities to ensure your pups have a great time! Crates, bowls, towels, blankets, poo bags, and more! Please use the crates provided if your dog will be left unattended for any amount of time. We will place a cover on the couch and a pet blanket in the King bedroom. Please use the fleece blankets to cover any other furniture if your pet likes to sleep on the couch or in bed.
Guests have access to the entire home except the garage, basement, and locked storage closet in Queen bedroom.

This home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We ask that you be mindful of our neighbors by not hosting any events or parties.
This is a 100% smoke-free, vape-free, drug-free property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy.
You must be at least 25 years old to book. For a group that is entirely 25 and under, please send a message to us first to request pre-approval.
The home has weekly lawn and trash services. Service providers may access the yard during your stay to ensure the home is properly maintained.
Guest Verification: Racine County, WI, ordinances require us to record the full name and address of all guests.
Additional Rules
Damage—Guests are fully responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by pets. If damage occurs, please notify us immediately.
Glitter—Please no glitter, confetti, or similar items. They’re beautiful but incredibly hard to fully clean up!
Thermostat & HVAC Guidelines—The thermostat is set so you can adjust it between 66°F and 76°F. This range keeps everyone comfortable while helping the system run efficiently.
Security Cameras—Note that there are two exterior security cameras covering the driveway and front entrance. They are motion-activated and record both video and audio snippets when activity is detected but do not continuously record. They are not monitored live. There are no cameras inside the home.
