Guest House Rules
• Parties & Events: No parties, large gatherings, or unregistered guests are allowed. The front of the home has an exterior camera to monitor noise and guest safety.

• Visitors: No overnight visitors. No exceptions.

• Smoking, Firearms, & Substance Use: No smoking, drugs, or firearms anywhere on the premises. This includes vaping.

• Quiet Hours: No loud noises after 9:00 PM.

• Deliveries: No mail or package deliveries. You can receive packages at the nearby Amazon Lockers or the Mint Hill UPS Store.

• Pets: No Pets of any kind are allowed.

• Plumbing: Do not flush anything but toilet paper. Do not throw wipes or feminine hygiene products in the toilet. Do not pour any solids down the sink.

• Dishes: Clean your dirty dishes or put them in the dishwasher.

• Commercial Use: Guests may not use the property for commercial purposes, such as business meetings, video productions, photo shoots, or activity beyond a typical stay.


Trash Disposal Rules
• Short-Term Stays: Please pick up all trash and put it in the garbage bin on the side of the home before departure.

Check-Out Instructions

Guests agree to complete the following before departure at 11:00 AM:
• Put any used towels in the bathtub.
• Place all trash in the trash can and deposit it in the trash bin on the side of the house.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Remove all of your personal items.
