3-bedroom house close to EAA with AC and large FENCED back yard.

Escape the heat of EAA at our air-conditioned house! The property has a comfortable living room with two sofas and a second living room with a sofa and oversized recliner chair so you can take a little space for yourself after all the hustle. Both living rooms have smart TVs so log in to your streaming service and the house has fast wifi through out. The downstairs living room has a rower and some random fitness equipment to keep up your exercise goals while at EAA.

The back yard is LARGE and totally fenced in so your dog can come with you! We welcome dogs of all sizes with an additional cleaning fee for rentals. The house does NOT have pets normally so can also be allergen free if desired. There is also a fire pit in the backyard with wood provided.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or host. This is our daily house that we rent out for EAA so you'll have a microwave, crockpot (large and small), air fryer and more baking things that you can possibly use in a week since we like to cook! You'll also have condiments and spices available to you.

The ground floor has two bedrooms, both with full size beds. The basement has the master bedroom with a king size bed. If you need additional sleeping space, we can provide blow up beds for either of the living room spaces.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement with laundry detergent is available for your use.
