The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Grandrieux, with a floor area of 67 m² and sleeping up to 2 guests.

It comprises a lovely, light-filled living room of 38 m², a fitted open-plan kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 30 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
– A 38 m² living room with a sofa, TV, wood-burning stove (use by request only) and a dining area.
– An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– A separate toilet.

Upstairs (mezzanine):
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a sofa and a wardrobe.
– A bathroom with a bath.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
– An enclosed, private garden of approximately 30 m² with a south-facing terrace of approximately 29 m², furnished for enjoying sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Grandrieux, in a very quiet area with few neighbours. In the nearby town of Brunehamel (15 mins away), you’ll find the following shops: a chemist’s, a bakery, a delicatessen and a butcher’s. You’ll also find restaurants in Parfondeval (10 mins), Rozoy-sur-Serre and Montcornet.

Activities:
– The Val de Serre walking trail, 16 km between Montcornet and Résigny, on foot or by bike.
– Visit the fortified church of Saint-Nicolas, a listed historic monument.
– Explore Parfondeval, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
– Follow the “La Pigasse” trail through wash houses, wooded countryside and rural landscapes.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private, enclosed courtyard (space for 2 vehicles).

– Nearest airports: Charleroi, about 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away; Beauvais, about 2 hours 30 minutes’ drive away.
