The detached Friesche Zusje holiday home is a bungalow with a hipped roof, offering direct access to the water, a private jetty, two terraces, a lounge area, and sun loungers—perfect for relaxing across 100 sqm. The house is quietly located on a canal in Makkum.



Everything is on one level: three bedrooms, each with two beds, a spacious living and dining area, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate WCs, and a utility room. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge, and microwave. For coffee lovers, there is a Senseo machine, a stovetop espresso maker, and a filter coffee machine.



The living room features a 65-inch smart TV and a soundbar with subwoofer. High-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, and dryer are provided. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. In the garden, you can use your own barbecue.



The IJsselmeer beach and the boulevard with cafés and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you can surf, kite, swim, sunbathe, or simply relax. The North Sea is a 10-minute drive away. The house is in a family- and dog-friendly holiday park. One dog is allowed for an extra fee. The park offers table tennis, mini golf, and boat and bike rentals for various activities.



At the park entrance, there are 12 e-charging stations. Two parking spaces are included.



Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. via flexible self check-in (key safe), check-out by 10:00 a.m. The step-free entrance provides barrier-free access.



The tourist tax is paid directly to the municipality.
