Access and Parking
You will be provided with two access cards: one for access to the apartment/building and one for parking. Please take good care of them and keep them with you throughout your stay.
If either card is lost or damaged, a US$80 replacement fee per card will apply. Thank you for taking care of the cards.
Clean & Smoke-Free Environment
• No shoes on carpets
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside (including balconies)
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
Safety & Appliances
• Fire extinguisher located under the principal bedroom
• Turn off lights, A/C, and appliances when leaving
• Do not leave windows open while A/C is running
• No candles or open flames
• No portable grills unless explicitly authorized

For stays over 3 weeks, a mandatory biweekly cleaning is required. This includes general cleaning and disinfection only (no laundry or dishwashing). Additional fees apply and must be paid in advance.

• Do not use towels for cleaning shoes, luggage, or other items.
• Keep personal belongings secure.
• Lost items may be returned at guest expense. (shipping/handling fees apply)
