The Condo:
This home away from home includes a full bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room includes a gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, big screen tv, and balcony overlooking restaurants and shops. In the bedroom there`s a king bed, big screen tv, dresser, and closet. There`s a queen air mattress in the closet if you need additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you’ll need, including a coffee and tea bar for 1 or 2 mornings, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, baking and cooking pans, salt, pepper, oil, seasoning rack, and more! Each bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and plenty of towels. You may park 1 vehicle in the underground parking garage at $25 per night in the winter (November 1 - April 30) and $15 in the summer (May 1 - October 31). You will pay for parking at the front desk when you check in and get a key. There is free 2 hour parking if you need temporary parking before you check in or after you check out.

Breckenridge:
In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.
Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart`s content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well.
