Have all Breckenridge has to offer at your fingertips in this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo! The Snowflake lift is just a 5-min walk & you can ski into the complex at the end of the day via 4 O`Clock Ski Run. Stroll only 2 blocks for dining, shopping, & entertainment options on Main Street. This condo is located in Pine Ridge & includes a full kitchen, gas fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, & free parking for 1 vehicle. Enjoy shared access to the hot tub, fitness room, bbq area, & off-site pool.
The Condo:
This spacious mountain retreat is on the 4th floor in the Pine Ridge complex located 2 blocks from Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you’ll need, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, blender, baking and cooking pans, salt, pepper, oil, seasoning rack, and more! Each bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and plenty of towels.
When you walk in the front door, you’re welcomed with an open floor plan including a kitchen with eat-in bar, dining room, and living room. The living room includes a gas fireplace, plenty of seating, a balcony, and a tv where you can connect to your favorite apps. There`s an air mattress and additional blankets and pillows in the closet if you need additional sleeping space. Down the hall you will find a primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Further down the hallway is a full bathroom with bathtub and the secondary bedroom. You`ll find 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom.
Breckenridge:
In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.
Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart`s content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well.
