Casa Massieu is a ground-floor apartment located in Pueblo Menorquín, in the Son Xoriguer area of Ciutadella.
Access is via the communal areas of the complex, with the entrance situated directly opposite the swimming pool.
The property has two access doors, through the main entrance or through the patio. Both lead into an open-plan space combining the kitchen and living-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the equipment needed so you don't have to worry about a thing during your stay. It also features a breakfast bar with stools, perfect for a quick breakfast or as extra worktop space when cooking.
The living room has two sofa beds (which, when opened, become a 1.50 m bed each), a coffee table and a television.
Next to the living room is the bedroom, with a 1.50 m double bed and a built-in wardrobe, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The covered private patio connects to the communal area and comes with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.
The apartment has air conditioning with heating and cooling options in both the bedroom and the living room. The whole space has been carefully decorated to offer a comfortable and pleasant holiday.
The complex is known for its peaceful, quiet atmosphere, ideal for unwinding during your holiday.
SERVICES
- The apartment has Wi-Fi and is provided with bed linen, bath towels and pool towels for all guests.
- The property is equipped with air conditioning, with heating and cooling options, in both the bedroom and the living room, as well as a washing machine and a clothes airer.
- A cot and high chair are available on request. We recommend requesting them in advance to guarantee availability.
- In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool, shared with the rest of the units in the complex. The pool remains open during the summer season.
- Although the property does not have private parking, free parking is available on the surrounding streets and spaces are usually easy to find.
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
- In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, which came into force on 2 December 2024, all guests are required to complete the online registration process and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This requirement applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs €2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged when completing the online registration process via a link provided to the guest.
- Before arrival, and once the registration process and tourist tax payment have been completed, we will send all the information required to access the apartment, along with useful details for your stay.
- A security deposit of €300 will be requested by way of a credit card hold, applied at check-in and released 5 days after check-out.
- The accommodation includes a complimentary welcome pack with basic kitchen cleaning products, toilet paper and rubbish bags for your arrival. Food items are not included, and no replenishment service is provided during the stay, as these items are intended only to cover initial needs.
- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been renewed or updated over time. As a result, there may be minor differences between the published photographs and the property as presented on arrival.
HOW TO GET AROUND
To get around Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch, you can walk, use public transport or travel by private vehicle. These are comfortable areas to move around on foot and have nearby amenities.
However, to explore Menorca's various coves and points of interest, the most recommended option is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter. This offers greater comfort and flexibility, and allows easy access to beaches and natural spots not served by public transport.
If you prefer to use the bus, there are lines connecting Son Xoriguer with Ciutadella, from where you can connect to other destinations on the island. Services are limited and tend to be concentrated in the summer months, so we recommend checking the "mou-tmenorca" website for up-to-date information.
