There is something special about arriving at Pohutukawa Rise.
Tucked amongst mature Pohutukawa trees and lush coastal gardens, this spacious multi-level home sits elevated above Waiotahe, with the ocean stretching out beyond the trees. From the deck, you can hear the coastal breeze moving through the Pohutukawa canopy and watch the light change across the water.
It feels private and peaceful, despite being conveniently positioned just off State Highway 2.
The home is designed to give everyone space to settle in and relax. Spread across multiple levels, there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it particularly comfortable for families, groups and longer stays.
The main living areas open out towards the deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Start the morning with a coffee in the fresh coastal air, gather around the table for dinner, or come home after a day exploring the coast and simply enjoy the view.
The master bedroom is tucked away on the third floor, complete with its own ensuite, giving it an added sense of privacy and retreat.
And when you`re ready to head down to the beach, it`s right across the road.
A Great Base for Work or Play
Pohutukawa Rise also makes an excellent base for tradies, contractors and work crews working in Ōpōtiki, Waiotahe and the wider Eastern Bay of Plenty.
Four bedrooms and four bathrooms make mornings easier when you`re travelling as a group, while the full kitchen, living spaces and private outdoor area give you somewhere comfortable to come back to at the end of the day.
During your stay, the holiday home is entirely yours.
You’ll have exclusive use of the home`s living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, large private deck and rear garden areas, along with the designated guest parking.
There is a completely separate, self-contained flat on the ground level occupied by long-term tenants. This is a private residence and is strictly off limits to holiday guests.
The driveway is shared, with designated guest parking areas clearly signposted on the property.
We give our guests the space to enjoy their stay, while being available if anything is needed.
You’ll receive all the information you need for a smooth arrival and stay, and our local team is available by phone or message should you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.
