To guarantee pristine hygiene, our hot tub is completely drained, sanitized, and refilled at every single guest turnover. Because it is freshly filled with cold water right before you arrive, it may take until later in the evening on your check-in day to reach its optimal steaming temperature.



🏊‍♀️ Pool Safety & Liability Notice:

➡️Swim at Your Own Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty. Continuous adult supervision is strictly required for children at all times.

➡️Liability Waiver: By finalizing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that the host assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring in or around the indoor pool area.

➡️Temperature Constraints: The pool temperature is locked at 84 degrees and cannot be adjusted manually, as higher temperatures run the risk of chemical oxidation.

You are staying in a beautiful, active wildlife area where bears roam freely! For the safety of your family and the local wildlife:

➡️Car & House Doors: Keep all cabin and vehicle doors locked tightly at all times—local bears are smart and know exactly how to pull door handles!

➡️Trash Disposal: Absolutely do not leave loose trash outside. All waste must be placed inside the provided bear-proof outdoor trash cans.

➡️Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 12 guests maximum (this includes children and infants of all ages). Exceeding this violates local safety and fire codes.
