Set on 1 acre in the mountains just minutes from Pigeon Forge, the home brings together more than 3,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, mountain views, wellness, entertainment, and plenty of room to spend time together.



Swim in the indoor pool. Take your coffee outside. Spend the afternoon exploring. Come home to the sauna or hot tub. Make dinner together, put on a movie, or let the competition carry on late into the night in the Game Center.



Everything is here for your group to settle in and stay awhile.

The dedicated pool room offers a place to start the morning with a swim, keep the kids entertained between adventures, or spend an entire rainy afternoon without giving the weather a second thought.



And because it’s completely private, the only people sharing the pool are the ones you came with.

The private pool room is equipped with door alarms as an added safety measure. Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool, hot tub, sauna, and other amenities.

◆ WE’RE HERE WHEN YOU NEED US ◆

Astoria is yours while you’re here, but you won’t be on your own if something comes up.



If you need assistance during your stay, simply reach out. Our local team is available to help, and we’ll make every reasonable effort to address anything that needs attention promptly.



Our goal is simple: your time here should feel easy.



Guest Access:

The entire cabin and its amenities are reserved exclusively for your group.



That includes the indoor heated pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, private theater, Game Center, fire pit, covered decks, and outdoor spaces.



There are no shared resort amenities. While you’re here, Astoria is yours.



The Neighborhood:

The drive to the cabin is entirely on paved roads, with no gravel roads required.



As you make your way into the neighborhood, the road gradually climbs in elevation—part of what gives Astoria its incredible mountain views. You’ll encounter some inclines and curves typical of the Smoky Mountains, so take your time and enjoy the scenery on the way up.



The cabin has a paved driveway with parking directly at the property. During winter weather, we recommend checking local road conditions before your arrival and traveling in a vehicle appropriate for the conditions.



Other Things to Note:

◆ MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: 25 ◆

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old, remain at the property for the duration of the reservation, and be responsible for their group.



◆ NO PETS ◆

Astoria is not pet-friendly at this time. Please make arrangements for pets before your stay.



Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $750 fee.



◆ ELECTRONICS + ENTERTAINMENT ◆

Astoria includes an extensive collection of entertainment equipment, including the theater, Xbox Game Center, arcade games, Smart TVs, and other electronics.



Everything is maintained regularly, but occasional technical issues can happen. If something isn’t working as expected, let us know and we’ll make every reasonable effort to address it promptly.



◆ BEARS + WILDLIFE ◆

You’re visiting the Smoky Mountains, and wildlife is part of what makes this place special.



Black bears and other wildlife live throughout the area. Never approach or feed wildlife, and never leave food or trash outside.



Keep doors and vehicles secured and follow the wildlife and trash instructions provided at the cabin.

Mountain weather can change quickly, particularly during winter.



Please check weather and road conditions before traveling and arrive in a vehicle appropriate for the conditions.
