Step onto the balcony to soak up the dazzling city lights and Melbourne’s architectural icons rising all around you.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, Miele dishwasher, full-size fridge, and cooking basics including oil, salt and pepper. A Nespresso Lattissima-style machine with a milk frother is provided for your morning brew. Nearby, the dining table offers a chic setting for shared meals.

Both bedrooms include blackout blinds, built-in storage and crisp linen for a peaceful rest. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and sweeping cityscape views, while the second bedroom features two king single beds—ideal for kids or friends. We cannot accommodate same-day check-ins, but we can accept check-ins arranged at least one day in advance.

The Welcome Host will greet guests at the building entrance for check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:00 PM require advance notice and incur a late check-in fee:

- 10:30 PM to 12:30 AM: $100
