Holiday apartment in Büsum with swimming pool

Completely renovated and newly furnished holiday apartment in a very good, central location, ready for the 2022 season! Our wheelchair-accessible apartment, Hauke, is barrier-free and heated by underfloor heating. You have access to Wi-Fi and a television with Magenta TV reception. You enter the apartment through a hallway, from which you can reach all rooms. The heart of the apartment is the 25 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, dimmable lighting), refrigerator/freezer, dining area, and a comfortable seating area. The sofa can be converted into a bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m if needed. The window and patio door are fitted with pleated blinds. The bedroom is furnished with two electrically adjustable care beds ("Dali") and a wardrobe. You can use the bed lifts, which are stored in the bedroom. The room is spacious enough that you can also place the beds side by side. The bedroom is equipped with pleated blinds and external shutters, allowing you to darken it as desired. The shower room (approx. 4.5 m²) is located inside the apartment. The shower is walk-in and has a grab bar; the toilet also has a grab bar. We have many years of experience accommodating wheelchair users and guests with other disabilities and cooperate with medical supply stores in Büsum and Heide. Please contact us so that any necessary equipment can be delivered before your arrival.

NOTE: A new building will be constructed on the neighboring property starting in October 2024. This may result in some construction noise during the day on weekdays. The listed conditions include a 15% discount on the regular rental price (services and tourist tax are not included in the discount).
