The Space:

Welcome to your Hilton Head home away from home! This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath second-floor villa offers approximately 700 sq. ft. of comfortable living space and a fantastic location within Seascape.



One of the best features is the private balcony overlooking the lagoon. Start your morning with a cup of coffee while watching for the alligators that call the lagoon home, or relax in the evening with a cold beverage and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.



The kitchen is fully stocked with the cookware, dishes, utensils and essentials you'll need during your stay. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, with complimentary K-Cups provided.



We've also included 4 complimentary bicycles, beach chairs, a beach wagon and other beach accessories to make your beach days easy and enjoyable. When you're ready for a quiet night in, you'll find puzzles and games for some friendly competition or family fun.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire private villa, including the balcony and all amenities inside the unit. Guests also have access to Seascape's community amenities, including the swimming pools and beach access.

Getting Around:

Hilton Head is one of the best places to explore by bicycle, and we've made it easy! Your stay includes 4 complimentary bicycles, giving you a convenient way to explore the beach, Coligny, restaurants, shops and Hilton Head's extensive network of bike paths.



A car is recommended for exploring more of the island, but you can enjoy many nearby attractions by bike. Free parking is available at the property.
