La Terrazza is a 20 m² studio extended by a 15 m² terrace, overlooking the Èze hillside. Shade in the morning and evening, full sun during the day: you'll spend more time outside than inside.

✨ La Terrazza is on the floor of a former Riviera house completely redesigned: yellow façade, Provençal green shutters, travertine, light oak. A 20 m² studio for two, extended by 15 m² of terrace — almost as much outdoor space as indoor.

It's the main room, and it's what you come for. A garden lounge with two armchairs and a coffee table, facing the Èze hillside. Shade in the morning and evening, full sun in the middle of the day: coffee in the shade, a nap in the sun, your last drink when the hillside turns orange.
