Enjoy the authentic Costa del Sol in this charming ground-floor apartment, set within a gated residential complex with gardens in the peaceful La Colina area of Torremolinos. The beach is just 125 metres away: Los Álamos and Playamar beaches are a few minutes' walk, with their wide sands, traditional chiringuitos and superb fresh fish and espetos (sardine skewers).
The 43 m² apartment sleeps 3: a bedroom with a double bed, a lounge with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. It has split-type air conditioning and heating, WiFi and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and an espresso coffee machine, plus pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. You will also find a free washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and wardrobe. Bed linen, pillows and towels are included, with blankets and a duvet added in winter.
The star feature is the private, enclosed terrace set within the resort gardens — perfect for breakfast outdoors or simply unwinding in Málaga's year-round sunshine.
The location is very convenient: La Colina commuter train station is about a 10-minute walk and links to the airport and central Málaga; by taxi the airport is around 15 minutes away. The Plaza Mayor shopping and outlet centre is just a few minutes away. There is no private parking, but free street parking is available. Long stays are welcome.
