A charming vacation rental in a particularly convenient location:
It is centrally located yet very quiet, surrounded by green gardens and flower beds. The city center, the market square, and the harbor of Neustadt are about a 150-meter walk away. The Neustadt Inland Waterway, a beautiful nature area, is located directly behind the house. The hospital and the public beach are just a few minutes away by car, bus, or bike (about 2,000 meters), and the train station is only about 700 meters away.
The apartment’s amenities and furnishings are also unique and personalized.
The apartment consists of a combined bedroom and living room with a cozy alcove featuring a 1.40-meter-wide double bed. Additionally, a 90-centimeter-wide fold-down bed is available. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom features a shower. The large, light-filled sunroom, with its wood-burning stove and pleated sunshades, can be enjoyed year-round.
The tasteful and cozy furnishings are complemented by Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a compact Bluetooth stereo system.
The apartment includes a small terrace for sunbathing, breakfast, or barbecuing. A parking space is available, and bicycles can be parked directly on the property. Simple bicycles are also available.
The apartment is ideal for 2 adults. A travel crib is available for a small child.
Pets are not allowed.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent them from us for €25 per person per stay (only €15 if arriving by train).
A tourism tax must be paid on site using the Ostseecard:
Months 1–4 and 10–12: €1.60 per person per day.
Months 5–9: €2.70 per person per day.
