This beautifully designed studio suite in Seacrest Beach is made for two and perfectly positioned between the iconic communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a spontaneous beach weekend, or simply craving a few days of sunshine and relaxation, Dream Sweet gives you the perfect place to experience the best of 30A.



Step inside to a bright, stylish space thoughtfully designed with comfort and coastal charm in mind. A cozy queen bed makes slow mornings even better, while the inviting studio layout gives you everything you need to relax, recharge, and settle into vacation mode. Grab a coffee, plan your day along 30A, or come back after sunset and unwind in your own private retreat.



And the location? It doesn't get much sweeter. Dream Sweet is located at The Village of South Walton, putting you just steps from community pools, a hot tub, restaurants, shops, and seasonal entertainment. Spend the afternoon exploring 30A on the two complimentary bikes, hop aboard the seasonal beach tram for an easy ride to the Gulf, or walk over to neighboring Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach to discover even more dining, shopping, and entertainment.



From mornings by the emerald waters of the Gulf to evenings spent strolling 30A, Dream Sweet is a little slice of paradise made just for two.



STUDIO CONDO:

Dream Sweet offers a comfortable, inviting space designed for two.



After a day at the beach or exploring 30A, unwind with the Smart TV and enjoy a relaxing night in.



The kitchenette includes a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishes, mini refrigerator/freezer, and toaster, making it easy to prepare a quick breakfast, heat up leftovers, or bring dinner back from one of the nearby restaurants.



A dining area with seating for two provides the perfect spot for morning coffee, takeout, or a quiet meal together.



Guests will also have access to two backpack-style beach chairs and beach towels to take along for a day by the Gulf.

NEARBY BEACH ACCESS:

Seacrest Beach – approximately 0.25 mile west of the condo



Seacrest Beach is a deeded beach access. Private beach access for guests staying at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler's Pavilion, turn right onto 30A. After passing High Pointe Resort House on your left, the beach access will be shortly ahead on the left side of 30A, directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance.



This is a monitored private beach access, and guests ages 13 and older are required to wear a wristband for entry.



Please Note: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards, and rollerblades are not permitted through the beach access. Strollers are permitted when being used to transport children rather than beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on private beach accesses along 30A.



Inlet Beach – approximately 1.3 miles east of the condo



Turn right at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In approximately 0.4 miles, turn right onto Orange Street, where you will see signage for public beach access. At the stop sign, the road will T; turn right or left for parking.



This public beach access includes restrooms and an outdoor shower area and is monitored by lifeguards during high season. Wheeled coolers, wagons, and beach tents are permitted. Bike racks are also located near the beach access.



TRAM INFO:

-Complimentary beach tram service is available to guests of The Village March 1 through October 31, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST. The tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H approximately every 20 minutes.

-Guests ages 13 and older must wear wristbands to access the tram.

-Please Note: Tram service does not operate during inclement weather. Call 850-259-6005 for pickup.



HOUSE RULES:

Check-In: After 4:00 PM | Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying on the premises.

No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

No parties or events.

Two complimentary bikes are provided. A waiver must be completed to receive the bike lock code.

During busier periods and due to limited area infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. Refunds will not be provided for interrupted, unavailable, or slow Wi-Fi.

Amenity Wristbands: The Village wristbands are located inside the condo. Each guest age 13 and older must wear a wristband to access the private beach through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, and The Village pool. Please return all wristbands to their designated location before departure. Guests will be charged $25 for each missing wristband.



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
