About this house rental
Stay in Soulard, St. Louis`s oldest neighborhood without giving up modern comfort. This home spreads your group across three stories plus a finished basement: four bedrooms (three kings and a queen), a big bunk in the finished basement, and three and a half baths. Hang out on the second or third story deck or back courtyard. Walk out the front door to dozens of restaurants and bars, Soulard Market, and live music. Heading to a Cardinals or Blues game? Many neighborhood bars run free shuttles downtown, so nobody has to drive or pay for parking.
First Level
Enter through the oversized beautiful front door and cuddle up on the comfy couch or relax and enjoy a book on the leather chair. The kitchen table can sit up to 8 with another 4 at the peninsula. The kitchen has everything you need to make a yummy meal; you can even barbeque outside if you`d like! It also comes stocked with a Keurig and K-Cups.
2nd Floor
The master bedroom with a king size bed has an outside deck to hang out on and enjoy your coffee each morning. There is a jack-n-jill bath with a full stand alone shower and jetted tub leading to the second bedroom with a king sized bed. Each bedroom has Roku TV`s
3rd Floor
Heading up to the top level you`ll notice a door that leads outside to a rather large covered deck with a sectional couch. Inside there are two more bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and Roku TV and the other with a queen size bed and Roku TV. A full tub/shower combo bathroom is also up on this level along with a Keurig Coffee Maker, K-Cups, Microwave and Mini Fridge.
Basement
Hang out downstairs and play on the foosball table, or relax on the comfy sofa and watch a movie. Or, lounge on the Full XL over Queen bunk bed. The basement also has a full bath so you won`t need to go upstairs! The washer and dryer is down here too along with a set of stairs that leads up to the private courtyard.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are pet friendly at this location for an extra fee of 100 per pet.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
There are absolutely no parties allowed at the home. If we find out that there is a party, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund.
