This beautifully renovated home has EVERYTHING for everyone! Enclosed pool, Sauna, outdoor shower, grill and so many extras! With more than enough space to comfortably host up to 10 guests. This home provides 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen and living space is open concept with plenty of comfortable seating. Our private driveway boasts ample space for your large vehicles or boat. This home is centrally located a short distance from the beautiful beaches, groceries, and restaurants.
The Space:
With over 2200sqft of living space this home is a home away from home. The large living space has plenty of seating available with an oversized living space and smart tv for enjoyment.
The beautifully renovated and fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream! It boasts two full size refrigerators, double ovens, and plenty of counter space for large family dinners. There is room for everyone and plenty of seating on the island bar or dinner table.
Make your way to the pool deck and enjoy the large covered pool, outdoor shower, sauna (fees apply), outdoor refrigerator and much more!
Have a grill master at home? We have a gas grill and separate charcoal kamado grill.
The manicured yard also provides nice relaxing space with plenty of shade and fruit trees.

The central location makes it easier to get to where you need to go in a short distance. Whether it's the beautiful beaches, parks, golf courses or shopping.

No parties allowed as this is a family friendly neighborhood.
Noise ordinance hours are enforced.
