Our one-bedroom apartment offers a brand-new, upscale retreat with breathtaking views, excellent connectivity, and proximity to key attractions. Whether you're in Dubai for business or leisure, this unit provides an ideal base for a memorable stay in this dynamic city.
The living room features a two large sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading you onto a spacious furnished terrace with a stunning skyline view. It overlooks the picturesque Dubai Creek Canal, perfect for relaxing.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed and it comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Nestled in Dubai Creek Harbour, it is only 10 to 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. The area boasts proximity to Creek Park, as well as a variety of malls and restaurants. Dining options include popular spots like Casa de Tapas, Sunday Roast, and The Friday Brunch. Additionally, it is located near DIFC, providing access to excellent shopping opportunities.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest train station, Creek Metro Station, is just a 16-minute drive.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
