This beautifully furnished 2 king bedrooms + private den 3rd sleeping space, features a fresh, upscale coastal style and a wonderful location overlooking the water and Aqua Range. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the private screened lanai while taking in the serene view and watching golfers practice across the water.
Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and professionally designed in a sophisticated palette of crisp whites, soft neutrals, and coastal blues. The open-concept living area offers plenty of space to relax, along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and large sliding glass doors that bring in natural light and connect the home to the lanai and beautiful outdoor setting.
The spacious primary suite offers a relaxing retreat with a king bed, private bath, and 2 walk-in closets. The comfortable second bedroom with king bed provides additional private accommodations for guests.
The den adds valuable flexibility as both a separate living space and an additional sleeping area. It features a queen pullout sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress, making it a comfortable option for additional guests. During the day, the den provides a separate space to work, relax, read, watch TV, or enjoy a little privacy.

One of the highlights of staying at Calusa Country Club is that both golf courses are now open, including the 18-hole course and 12-hole course, giving golf enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy the community while it continues to grow.
The satellite pool is also open, providing guests with a convenient place to swim, relax, and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Calusa Country Club is a new community still under development, and the remainder of the planned resort-style amenities and clubhouse facilities are currently under construction and will be available in the near future.
