Avoid finding parking and hauling luggage through a parking lot, this unit provides 2 designated parking spaces right in front of the front door. There is a Smart Lock which makes it easy to come and go without a key!
FIRST LEVEL
The first level of the townhome which boasts an open and spacious floor plan. The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances; the perfect place for the chef in your family! For the coffee lovers, there is a KEURIG and slow drip coffee maker! The kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room space, with plenty of room and seating to enjoy a family meal, game night, watch a movie, or just relax. The living room area has a half bath and a sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 guests with its pull-out bed. The private screened porch right off the living room is a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed outdoor time.
BEDROOMS
Upstairs you'll find the laundry area with its own full-size washer and dryer for any laundry needs. Both bedrooms are also located upstairs, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master room includes a KING bed and nightstands, a large closet and its own smart tv.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and two nightstands. This bedroom also includes its own smart tv and spacious closet.
Enjoy a nice swim in the complex's pool directly outside your front door.
