The backyard. This is what guests write about most. The hot tub is there for Arizona evenings, and there's ping pong, a billiards table, and an outdoor TV for the rest of the night. Misters and open grass keep it usable when the sun is out. The sunsets from back there are worth staying home for.

Inside. Tempurpedic beds in every bedroom and a TV to match. Unique decor throughout — it doesn't look like every other rental. A full kitchen for real cooking, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace if a few hours of work sneak into the trip.

Games and amenities. We've stocked this house well. Most groups don't get through everything in a weekend.

Sleeping. Four bedrooms and two and a half baths, comfortable for eight. The extra half bath makes a real difference with a full house.
