Designed for relaxed family getaways and group stays, the villa combines the character and scale of a traditional country home with modern comforts, expansive grounds and beautiful rural views.

The villa is exceptionally spacious, with multiple living areas providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Large windows throughout the home frame the surrounding countryside, while two gas fireplaces create cosy spaces to settle into during the cooler months.

The main living areas are equipped with Sonos speakers, and the lounge features a 65-inch Picture TV for relaxed evenings at home. Heat pumps throughout the villa, including every bedroom, keep the home comfortable year-round.

At the heart of the home is a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room for preparing meals together, along with a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.

The primary bedroom is particularly generous, with a king bed, its own seating area and beautiful views across the countryside. The remaining bedrooms include a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

Step outside and the property really comes into its own. Relax in the private hot tub, wander through the beautifully maintained gardens, enjoy the large lawns or simply sit back and take in the rolling farmland beyond.

For those wanting to explore further, a walking track leads down through the property to the paddock and natural creek. Sheep graze on the property, creating a genuine taste of rural New Zealand just outside the villa.

• This is a rural property with sheep, waterways, ponds, rocks, uneven ground and steep or unfenced drops
• An outdoor shower is available for muddy feet
