The Space:

This two-level mountain contemporary home sleeps 10 guests across four sleeping areas. The living rooms 20 foot ceilings and overhead loft welcome in an abundance of natural light, feature a cozy rock fireplace, and opens up into the dining room, kitchen, and bar area gathering spaces. The den/family room provides a second space for guests to expand their lounging, gaming, or recharging and includes a full bathroom for guests sleeping in that area. Upstairs, the loft overlooking the living room doubles as a home gym (functional trainer, free weights, stability ball) and a dedicated workspace with a monitor, keyboard, and printer for traveling entrepreneurs or remote workers! Extend the relaxation out to the back yard to enjoy the patio couch and dining area, propane heater, BBQ, cedar barrel sauna, and spa/hot tub! Gather, cook, and create in the fully equipped kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with the essentials to prep and pack for meals on the go as well as cooking, baking, and large-group meal preparation.



🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements: Each of the three bedrooms feature king beds, ample closet storage, and ceiling fans. The second-level primary suite features vaulted ceilings, a desk, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and French doors overlooking the back yard. The den/family room (with sliding barn door for privacy & separate full bathroom) extends sleeping arrangements for 3 more with 3 Koala sofa beds that function as lounge-worthy oversized chairs by day, and full-sized mattress beds by night. The Kloudcell mattress from Koala offer support, breathability, and responsiveness. Quick flip the sofas into a flat beds in seconds for a proper nights sleep without metal bars or clunky folding frames. There is also a single twin sized air mattress that can be used in any of the bedrooms or den/family room bringing the total sleep count to 10.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the private home and yard, and partial access to the heated garage (1 garage stall space provided, owner's vehicle is parked in the second stall).



IMPORTANT: For access to the homes garage, the overhead garage door clearance is 6’ 10”. Please ensure your vehicle or rental vehicle is 6' 10” or shorter (including rooftop racks or cargo boxes), otherwise you will not be able to access the garage parking. Parking outside of the garage in the private driveway is available for multiple vehicles.
