* We do not allow parties, gatherings, or events at apartment/condo. No additional guests besides those listed in the reservation are allowed as day or overnight guests.

* NO pets and smoking are allowed
* The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place NON-toilet products in the bin provided in the bathroom.
* Starter paper products are provided. If you need more, grocery store is just a drive away.
* Please be sure all water, lights, and stove are turn off when not in use
* Upon check-out, please return the key to the front desk.
